ABOUT THE GREATER BEL AIR COMMUNITY FOUNDATION

The Greater Bel Air Community Foundation was founded in April of 1998 by local citizens and business people concerned about the welfare of the families and citizens of Bel Air, the community, its facilities, and the Town. The Foundation has focused on support of capital projects to improve public and nonprofit facilities in Bel Air and the surrounding community.

The initial project of the Foundation was the construction of bleachers at Bel Air High School, raising almost $300,000 of the $400,000 cost.
